MEEKEX ONLINE JOB SCAM

I got a call from a person named Amit that he is from a reputed university in Delhi and he is offering a certificate course in MBA. I trusted and was willing to join the course. He said they would initially charge 3000 and later the full amount can be paid after a week of joining the course and sent me a link to pay. I opened the link and was about to pay 3000 but instead of paying by myself, the link automatically debited an amount of 78400 from my account. I called up the person and complained about the huge amount debit and asked him to pay me back the amount. He refused that he did not receive any money. I went to SBI home branch and did a complaint and verified his phone number and the link to which my money was credited and they clearly stated the amount has gone into his SBI account through paytm. I have formally given a online Complaint on Cyber Crime and SBI online Unauthorized transaction [TXN_ID] to recover my money. Please help me recover my money from the person. MEEKEX is the name used by the fraudsters to steal money from people in the name of providing job offer to the people.
