Meesho cheating on prepaid product, not delivering products & not refunding the amount

Meesho is doing cheating on prepaid products two of my products where not delivered one was 124rs other was 98rs. They take the amount & say they have sent the product but the product won't be delivered still they say they received otp which I never got bcz my phone was not active after providing all proofs to meesho customers many time they agreed to Pay the refund for the product but they did not refund it instead they closed the complain & all the customer service care people hang up the phone when u remind them i do have call recording i posted on social site n customer suit.. they have done this with me twice not only with me other person who are know to me they have done same with them also almost for every prepaid products meesho is doing cheating. I hv posted on social sites clearly abt there cheating with proofs.. stop cheating meesho with prepaid product. don't cheat people each hard earn income is countable.
