One day before the holiday (since banks don't work then), I received a message saying that I have points from the period [PHONE] and I should redeem them before they expire in 3 days. Luckily, I checked on the official website and it's a scam because the site ends up crashing. Please do not click on these types of links and obviously mark them as spam.Un día anterior al feriado (puesto que los bancos no trabajan ahí) me llega mensaje comentando que tengo puntos del periodo [PHONE] y debería canjear antes de que caduque en 3 días, por suerte lo revise en la página oficial y es un fraude puesto que la página termina colapsandose Por favor no entren en estos tipos de links y evidentemente marca como spam

It's true, the Banco Pichincha itself blocked my card, saying I can't unblock it because I owe $300 according to CNT, but it shows that this is a problem with the bank. Guys, right now they call from all numbers just to put a debt on you that you don't even have. This country is terrible.
