Fake relative message via WhatsApp number +1(289)[PHONE]

A person writes to you on WhatsApp claiming to be your relative, their number is identified with the photo of your relative (illegally taken from some photo gallery). They tell you they will come to visit your country and that they have sent some early gifts for the family, but the gifts arrived earlier than expected and they need you to support them with your address to send the gifts to you, where they will be kept until they arrive in the country. At that moment, I was already contacting my cousin, who asked me not to open any links and to ignore that number, saying it was not him I was communicating with. That's when I found out that this person was an impostor who had hacked his account, even using a photo of him through the number from which they were calling me.
