Fake Traffic Challan Scam(WhatsApp)
I received a WhatsApp message claiming that my vehicle MHXXBFXXXX has a ₹1,000 traffic challan. The message asks me to pay through a shortened Cutt.ly link. I suspect this is a fake traffic challan scam.
