there was a publication on line that this contact( 0246373989) was providing free cancer treatment for breast cancer patients,however, the owner of the contact said it was a mistake , and she doesn't know how her contact was used for such advertisement. so please assist .

I got a call, I picked up the call and started batting and then the call came from a new number, as soon as I received both the calls. Immediately the message came, 5000 rupees were debited from the app's account, it was fraudulent.
