  I mistakenly sent ghc 320 from my Telecel Money to a wrong MTN MoMo account number. Laid the complaint to Telecel money agent office, gave me incident ID number for my issue, communicated to MTN MoMo agent office and asked for 4 to 5 working days. In the aftermath response, Telecel said Iwas irreversible.. Really pathetic and appalling, two giant multi billion network companies could not resolve the issue..

  Ask yourself this, "if they have locked your own, how will you send them the money? ".
