  they say Vodacom thinks you're paying too much for your contract so Vodacom came up with an idea to save costs. Vodacom appointed them to reach out and sell cheaper packages. so how does Mondo make money then? they add a fee to your bill which goes to them. if Vodacom came up with a savings for their customers wouldn't they contact you directly and not use a third party company that also needs to get paid somehow?

  Third Party call center for Vodacom/MTN/Telkom, this is normally related to upgrade due on your account, by either supplier mentioned above.

  And when you ask them were they got your number they get rude and if you confront them they put the phone down in your ear
