money credited and pakistani no. said hello sir

i recieved 9000rs yesterday in my main account then from passbook i took number and called he said sent my money back i told him to reverse the transaction through bank then yesterday evening i recieved a pakistani whatsapp saying HELLO SIR..is this a new type of scam or what ??
