  first of all , wrong order , and they don't even have a special time limited theme going on for mother's day , as a flower company which offers service , they failed to deliver the flowers on mother's day which they should look out for and offer sales promotion 😔,and the flowers (wrong flowers) as you claim wasn't packed properly , and the delivery person wasn't wearing the uniform and didn't have the company brand and name on their truck . that is indeed poor business management, but I wonder which flower business it is . that would have been nice to know about .

  ive had that exact same thing happened to a friend of mine I got flowers for that was in the hospital. they were running hours late then they couldn't arrange the one on that I wanted, and then the one they did give me was more expensive, and it took me awhile on the phone with corporate to reverse the charges. I called him a number on Google right on the top don't ever do that.

  no it's a poor business practices, if a order goes more the 90 miles away the order is handled by the flower company nearest the delivery address. also many people use unmarked cars and vans to deliver flowers, it is very common.

  very creepy, please If you haven't already, don't take them inside your house. discard them immediately. if you are sure this company has an official van and does not usually deliver like this. please report it to local authorities. if you aren't sure how they deliver, then contact the company from their official website to verify.
