This Kolkata Traffic police chalan scam. They send WhatsApp with attachment.apk.file claiming vehicle caused a traffic violation. In fact vehicle number was correct for my case.

i had call from axis [PHONE] from this number and he offers me to get your credit card limit increase and with additional benifits also ask to open Axis Bank and limit check after that he send a form link in text msg and he told to fillup form ok cal
