Mzungus on Facebook promise money and someone calling himself bank agent ask for fees to access it

some mzungus there in fb were texting me and forwarded receipt of money they send to me ,then some people call me and tell me of the same money send and I should participate with them to access my money,they were asking for money any howly and that's how I got scammed I never received any money so I ended up blocking them ,,now it's some months down the line they called me with a new number and after I told them I don't need the money *just keep for yourself* that person responded that it's like I don't want to be assisted and I blocked them
