I baught a new sim card with a phone. It was RICA on my ID - Now I have people calling and trying to get into my WhatsApp - they claim I hacked their number and WhatsApp kicked them out. I must now unblock them and send the code of WhatsApp so they can recover the WhatsApp.

sim cards get "recycled" and that's why you are getting these calls. sometimes a person's WhatsApp number is different from their phone number.
