Do not trust the Ecuador customs page

I wanted to buy a vehicle through a website that claims to be the Ecuador Customs. I deposited the money and the vehicle never arrived. In fact, I deposited even more than what was listed, and they made me ask for permission at my work to wait for the vehicle, but it never came.
