Is it a Hacking technique?
I got 5 attempts to try to log into my Facebook but facebook precented it. then I got continues phone call from this two number. Is it possible to hack or part of hacking technique to if I recieve the call and they got my Ip or etc to make it easier

I bought roller coaster tracks and carts for 9,343 us dollars or 9 lakhs 34300 rupess from China to build it into my backyard but it never ever came 😿 pls don't buy online like me and make your own cart and tracks from pipes and wood 😿😿
