Not sure what their end game is, but there is a couple with a young kid who claims to need your house. Claimed himself to be Manu from Grama Seva of Central govt. Had all classic ingredients of fraud, sense of urgency, kid crying in background in calls for believability; they don't even try to negotiate, whatever rent you say, they are ok with. Gives you fake aadhar (number exists but everything else is made up, so if you verify, you'll know its fake). If you say no, they move on quickly to others. Attached is the aadhar number being used. Name could ne different. Area is Ernakulam in Kerala.
