offline fraud in Bengaluru

I met a stranger on my way back and he said he has no money in account because of EMI and need to go airport so he asked me 300ruppes. he told his number and called him ,it was correct phone number and he told he will pay the next day so I thought he is really urgent but he hasn't payed me yet. now he is not picking the calls. he blocked me on gpay too when i asked money 🥲( I found it because he gave number for paying money at that time the number was there now the number is not found only this much is left ) don't fell for this type of shit like me thinking humanity 😅
