I ordered on WhatsApp and paid 1047 rs. after 2-3 days delivery boy called and said to provide 909 rs for generating verification code. I also paid that after they were saying to pay 900 and 9 separately. didn't receive parcel or refund yet. what can we do in such case???

Yes, this appears to be a scam. Legitimate delivery companies never ask customers to pay extra money for a "verification code" after an order has already been paid for. Save all payment receipts, screenshots, and chat records, then report the fraud to Cyber Crime (1930) and ***. Also contact your bank immediately if the payment was made online. 🚨

but why do y'all still order from WhatsApp,there are many trusted apps for everything and if you don't get the order then you can complain and the app authority takes legal action for it .
