Online fraud

an online fraud ring collected money in the form of selling sofas at lowest prices. after taking some advanced payment they didn’t deliver the products in promised timeframe.If victims pressurize, they demand more money to collect the product. if victims say to complaint a file against them, they become aggressive and very abusive language towards them. there were many fake reviews in their facebook page. but they are actually a big fruad. they reply in voice messages, so i can't add screenshot of them.
