Online Frauds (e-commerce site)

I have purchased dryfruits from https://crunchyfood.in for Rs. 698/-. they have given fraud tracking id and a fraud tracking update online. at the last they have mentioned in the tracking that goods has returned to the seller being coustomer not available in the provided address. they have not delivered and not refunded my money. I have lodged a complaint with cyber cell. but no response and no resolutions till date. it's since a month.
