  sir my amount was debited many times from my Paytm account successfully but in gaming account not reflected because merchant owner is not having Paytm account so I want my money back

  First of all it is not an auto debit. Auto debit is never done through UPI. Here it clearly states that you have made the payment to the said person yourself or some one else has done it using your Phone Pe account.
