we ordered a cloth of rs 1000 by traders in Instagram and after payment they said it will react home under 4 days but no parcel received and no refund recived and. they asked extra 7000rs if we pay we pay we will get refund 8000rs and we paid 320lof total, and already 10 days passed no refund and they are chatting rudely
