Online shopping Dangerous

I bought a product from Flipkart online on 11/4/2026 . product arrived in damaged condition and same refused to accept by me . photos of the product share with flipkart online. I requested for replacement the perfect condition box . now I got a message from Flipkart for refund has been processed. the refund amount is less than I paid. reason don't know.https://support.google.com/android/answer/9286773

I balt a electric bike 4-11-26 & I still haven't received it & when I placed my order, they was supposed to send me a conformation number and didn't, these people are scamming people on line
