online shopping fraud

I tell you I ordered a black smart watch logo apple from shopping velley site on 31 july 2026...I received the order on 4 july 2026 at 10.15 am.the price of the watch shows me 1400 rs. when I opened it 😞 I received a normal watch in different colour or design...I feel really heIpless.I sent email or msg on WhatsApp for getting refund but they don't respond me..I calling on [PHONE]. they told me to send details on WhatsApp number but they also don't reply me...I lost my money. it was the very bad experience to buy online things I wanted to give the watch as the gift to my husband.. but sadly I didn't give him... if you can help me i really thankful to you and your team
