online shopping scam

[PHONE] There is an Instagram page selling kurtis, but they don't deliver orders despite offers. Around 1300 kurtis cost 40-50 thousand, which gets deducted from your phone. They mention various fees and promise refunds, but in reality, you don't get anything.
