online shopping - telegram app scam

I was contacted on Telegram app, the user told me to pay Rs 199 and then Rs 2000 , I had placed order for a formal clothes. the scammer took money and then sends pictures of girls for enjoyment. I told them I am not interested in all this and do refund , the scammer blocked my number and does not pick up call. When I first called the number it said it is of a hotel. Later they blocked my number. All the scammers are doing secret fraud. [PHONE] scammer contact number
