I paid a loan in installments and they are still asking for more

I have paid 131 soles three times and I had borrowed 364 soles, and everything is already paid off, yet they keep asking for more. That is definitely a scam...

That has happened to me too, but they didn't overcharge me; they just give you a loan and to cancel it, you have to pay a different amount.
