Paid but Never Received the Promised Service

I am sharing my personal experience to warn others. I contacted this person for an online service and was asked to make an advance payment. I paid the requested amount, but after receiving the payment, the promised service/invitation was never delivered. I repeatedly tried to contact him through Facebook Messenger, but I either received no response or no satisfactory explanation. I have saved screenshots of our conversation and proof of payment.
