parcel delivery and potential harassment scam

Today I got a phone call from someone claiming to deliver parcel to me. I had told my address since I had ordered something online. But nothing had come to my address. But when I saw my previous chats, turned out,it is a guy who called me once before i told him it is wrong number and made a whatsapp group of many girls a few months before without anyone's permission,the group which we promptly exited. As for now i have reported and blocked this person. But it could have been a lot more scarier.
