Scammers send a message with a link with the name of Challan and i believe that utc come from RTO.I click on the link and am app was downloaded with the name "e challan" something however I didn't install the app and immediately uninstall the app.
I got a call that my number has been found in some illegal app, so those people were asking me for Rs 10 to remove my number.
