Phone selling Fraud

I found this guy in Facebook Market place and he was Saying he'd send me package and then asked to pay me whole amount.. I payed delivery fee.. then before the delivery they asked to pay half amount just for email verification of GPS 🤷 what's that? 😂 thinking it's a potential Scam I'd block them tho I got 320rs scamed 😑 for delivery fee.
