I have already deactivated my phonepe account 6 years back. Why should I receive this message.

It is showing payment without UPI ID.

What does this mean? My number is also linked to the bank account, I have just received the debit card, I haven't even set the UPI pin yet, but it still shows money being deducted from the account.
