  All you have to do is take her to another lab you trust and get it checked if you have doubt... Just to be on a safer side... She being pregnant within that period is possible but I've never heard of scan detecting anything in the stomach which is less than a month... If it's somehow possible then make sure it's yours

  Sanford has so many branches, I'm a nurse in one of their branches, you can take her back for proper verification or go to another non hospital lab to do another scan in your presence

  Please you can take her to check yourself, then again a different test verifies paternity. this result was from chat gtp. it says she's pregnant. This ultrasound report is describing a very early pregnancy. Here’s what each part means: “Uterus is bulky with a small gestational sac” — The uterus looks enlarged as it does in early pregnancy, and they can see a gestational sac inside the uterus. GS *** cm (6 mm) — The gestational sac measures about 6 mm, which is very small and consistent with a very early pregnancy. “No fetal pole or yolk sac noted” — At this stage, the pregnancy is so early that they could not yet see the embryo or yolk sac. That does not by itself mean something is wrong. “Average gestation: less than 4 weeks” — Based on the ultrasound measurement, they estimated it as extremely early. Ultrasound dating at this stage can be imprecise. “Cervical os is closed” — The cervix is closed, which is generally reassuring in the context of early pregnancy. “Normal adnexa. No adnexal lesions” — The areas around the ovaries/tubes looked normal, with no abnormal mass seen. Estimated date of delivery: N/A — They can't reliably calculate a due date yet because the pregnancy is too early to date accurately. The important part The impression says: > “Early pregnancy less than 4 weeks. Repeat scan in 3 weeks to confirm viability and dating.” So this scan has not yet established whether the pregnancy is viable. It's simply too early to tell. The recommended repeat scan should be able to show much more—typically a yolk sac, embryo/fetal pole, and potentially cardiac activity if the pregnancy has developed normally. One thing I'd point out: a 6-mm gestational sac is far below the size at which absence of an embryo would be used to diagnose a miscarriage. So the fact that no fetal pole is visible on this scan should not be interpreted as a miscarriage. If Helena has heavy bleeding, severe or one-sided abdominal pain, shoulder-tip pain, fainting, or significant dizziness, she should be assessed urgently rather than waiting three weeks, because those symptoms can require immediate evaluation in early pregnancy.

  As a medical laboratory personnel, I advise that you run the test at a lab you trust, to confirm the pregnancy. After post-natal stage, run a DNA test, to confirm weather the baby is yours. At least, 3 different labs that you trust. Good luck.
