please help me

I have taken loan from the apps name kredito24, pocket mitra , hope rupee, flot, payrupik, and the due date is up for some app loan.. the company and other spam number has been calling continuosly daily.... i have already file a cyber complain against them and the cyber cell officer told not to pay them as they are unauthorised... pls i want to know if these people call the contacts to extrot money and if i dont pay loan will thwy stop calling me in few days or will they take legal action... pls re0ly if some one has experienced it
