  did you apply for it ? through an official portal ? if yes login into the portal and go check your admission status ... go check your email for official admission letter or similar document .. don't send any money or do anything yet .. lastly visit any nearest associate bank to enquire .. most schools are suppose to have land lines and for security reasons wouldn't put a number there instead of an email..

  it's not a scam since it's the school name that is given normal that is how it's comes .it's temporary if u didn't do payments or commitment u slot may be given to someone else

  Id you have applied to that school, then its bit if you have not applied to the school, then go there to verify.
