Why would you approve of payment that you have no idea who the recipient is? Sometimes let's use our brain. We're the reason these scams keep happening day and day. You can read and understand, why would you allow yourself for that. If you don't understand anything about online investments and payment, you can call your network agent, MTN or telecel for their take on that, or someone close to you who knows about these things
