In case you get a call from "The Municipality of...."

I received a call from a guy who said he was an employee of the Municipality of Cartado, from the Department of Real Estate, wanting to "help me" regarding the payment of land taxes and that they wanted to help me get exempted. After much insistence, he asked me to log into the bank application in order to receive an electronic signature "code." They had me fill out a survey that seemed very genuine, and they had information about my property such as the seat number, property number, etc.... The correct thing would have been that after the 5 minutes he said it would take, he would hang up the phone....

Municipalities do not call you, much less to process an exemption for a property, which is what they live off.

it s been years ago that I m being spammed by a girl who s using different new phone numbers from the same device to call me. I have to block those numbers manually everytime. Do you have any solutions for that except changing my phone number ?

Never share your code

some people can call you and they will say that give them your OTP code for some authentication and verification else they will block your sim. And Don't do mistake and regret it later don't give your code to them!! else they will redraw every amount
