possible scam, impersonation of Movistar

Well people, I come to share this experience. A few days ago I switched from Movistar to Claro, and after 3 days I received a message saying I have a debt with Movistar. All good because they gave me a payment code for the same Movistar service. But now I received a WhatsApp message from this number [PHONE] saying I have a debt and that I must pay. The thing is, they generated a code for me to pay at Pago Efectivo. Be careful, this is a scam. I don't know how they knew I had a debt with Movistar, maybe they have leaked data from Movistar, but it's definitely a scam to pay for services unrelated to Movistar.
