Possible scammer

This individual called me this morning insisting on seeing me in a video call. I never answered and sent messages, then called normally. If anyone knows the number and real name or has been contacted by the same number, please inform me. I don't give my number to strangers and all my acquaintances are in my contacts, so this is very suspicious to me. Help
