  There's always one rule of thumb; a way of judging if financial institutions like these are legit; if it's too good to be true, it's most likely a scam or a ponzi scheme. Ponzi schemes unlike scams payout but that depends on the 'timeline' of said system. If you joined at the beginning of it, you'll reap profit time and time again before it's fold up but if you happened to join at the tail end, you'll most likely lose your investment. Yours sounds more like a ponzi scheme than a scam. Calculate the risk and make your decision
