This person impersonating as a RTO officer sends a file, challan to clear dues in WhatsApp. The file is actually an apknfile which is malicious and is a fraud.
this is a latest fraud trent lately being organised by such stupid criminals. BE AWARE AND DO NOT ACCEPT ANY CALLS FROM UNKNOWN PERSON ON WHATSAPP.

This person scares people by posing as a fake police and loots money from them and he is not alone, there is a whole bunch of them. If someone refuses then these people harass him by calling him from different numbers.
