Prank call or scam?

This weird person called me at 1 am at night and upon asking who is he, he replied "no one". I understand it's a prank call but this is no way to prank someone by calling at 1 am when they're in deep sleep. I thought something serious happened to someone and it instantly spiked my blood pressure.

As someone who prank, or called a business on accident, this was most likely a prank call. Especially if it sounded like a teenager or someone with a group of friends, its a prank call.
