  This is definitely a scam. Anytime anyone calls you from any department, official or otherwise, and they have a statement (which is a disclaimer), it stipulates that if you are the wrong person, then please erase and disregard this message. They haven't done that. What they've asked you to do is call them anyway and give them this specific key code number, which is BS. Now, we all know that in situations like this here, what they are trying to get you to do is open a link or something that allows them to send a phishing link or an email phishing link to your phone. That would then open up a back door in your application, and it will go in and disable certain features in your phone without your assistance or your consent. It's automated and then starts sending back your financial information. It will turn NFC on correctly (near field communication), and then it allows them to access your wallet, your digital wallet, and all your related application software.
