I downloaded the app Préstamo Fácil Asistente which offered me the credit I needed. They asked me to transfer expenses of $10,000, which I did, and then they asked for more deposits: $50,000, $50,000, $100,000, $50,000. The app Préstamo Fácil Asistente keeps asking me to deposit more. I don't know where to turn, the prosecutor's office doesn't respond to messages, no one files the complaint. Block them and don't pay attention, they can't do anything to you, they only threaten, that's how they make a living from threats.

Beware of Visa Defensoría del Pueblo, it doesn't fix anything nor the police report. You have to pay no matter what.

I was also scammed and they used my ID. They threaten me and send me offensive messages.
