Ganesh shitole a broker had posted ad for flat rental in wagholi, pune. I saw a flat and finalized it. He said I should pay token amount of 7000 to his company dreams property immediately otherwise some other client will book it. So I paid the amount. And after that he stopped receving calls. He keeps posting ads in facebook groups for flat rental.
