QR code

I want to know about this QR code whether it is genuine or a fraud. It is a QR code for a game that asks to deposit 300 Rs, and after that, it will supposedly transfer the winning money to my account.

Why do spam callers keep changing their numbers?

I've been getting repeated calls from people talking about loans and money, but every time I block one number, another number calls me again. Has anyone else experienced this? How do you deal with repeated spam calls when the numbers keep changing?
