RBI guidelines say they are not valid

If the EMI payment is late, the commission agent gets 20 percent. They don't know how to handle the situation and say to call the IDFC Bank person. But the IDFC Bank person says they don't know why they are being called. The commission is paid, but they don't know the reason.
