RBL Bank credit card fraud bill with daily harassment calls

RBL Bank Credit Card fraud bill added unknowingly without any massage and RBL Bank officials & agents harassing everyday making 10 to 15 calls to pay fraud bills immediately. Bank officials mentioned credit card payment overdue but the the card not yet all available with us. Total 4 fraud bills added to my credit card different account. please don't believe RBL Bank is in India big fraud and government should taken acction to close all RBL banks.
