Received SMS and Wahtsapp msg from indian and foreign no. is this a scam what to do

i have been receiving sms and Whatsapp msg from several Indian and foreign No. i dont remember tkinflg loanand they keep sending mes message to oay via the link they shared and download the app. is this a scam or are they really going to come to collect like they said in the message
