I placed an order on Rappi, the delivery person contacted me saying he was outside, but when I checked he wasn't there. I informed him that I was at the address "such" and that I couldn't see him. He told me that due to a system error he was sent to another address, and to bring it to the correct one I had to give him the delivery code. It seemed strange to me but I gave him the code. After that, he never showed up and obviously the order was reported as delivered. Did you report it to Rappi itself? Did they return your money?
